Please double check your test day and venue address on your account. The same IELTS test can be administered by different organizations at different venues and at different times. There have been cases where test takers who went to the wrong venue were unable to take the test and were also not eligible for a refund.

About Confirmation Notice
You must arrive at the test centre before the registration closes, not the test start time. Please make sure to check the time on the Confirmation Notice below.
If you have any questions regarding Confirmation Notice, please contact the Test Center by 5:00 PM on the business day prior to the test date.
If you are running late (e.g., due to a train delay), please make sure to call the number in your confirmation notice and inform us in advance.
About Speaking Test
Please login to your account and check the speaking test time. Please note that the test time may be changed due to operational reasons. In such cases, we will inform you by e-mail two days before the test date.
The speaking test will be conducted either in person at the test center or via video-call Speaking (Zoom). You can check the basic schedule here. Video-call Speaking is conducted with the same content, question format, scoring criteria, time allocation, and security checks as a traditional face-to-face Speaking test with an interviewer.
