Additional Test Report Form (TRF)

Additional TRF

You can request for copies of your results (TRF) to be sent to any recognising organizations. All additional TRFs will be sent from IDP Japan directly to your institution. There are 2 options for additional TRFs: Hard Copy and E-Copy. A Test Report Form which is more than 2 years from the test date is not available for additional TRF.

Hard Copy

  • You may request up to five 5 additional copies of TRF to be sent to Receiving Institutions for free of charge. More than 5 TRFs are subject to an extra fee (1,200 JPY for each TRF)

  • These are sent directly to the organizations of your choice. If you would like TRFs sent by mail with tracking number, you will be charged 2,500 JPY for each TRF.


  • If the organizations accept electronic submission of scores, then that can be sent electronically, free of charge.

How to apply

Computer-delivered (after 5 December 2023)

Results can be shared with your nominated institutions using the online portal. Your chosen institutions will be notified electronically and will be able to verify your official results.

Paper-Based or Computer-delivered (before 5 December 2023)

After the test, please submit the "IDP-IELTS Change Request Form ". Your test centre will contact you shortly after confirming the content.

Enquiry on Results (EOR)

To be fair to all test takers, if you are not happy with your result you can apply for an Enquiry on Results within six weeks of the test date.

Your test will then be sent to the head office of IDP IELTS Australia team in the global head office of IDP Education for re-marking by trained clerical markers and senior examiners who are not made aware of your original results. This ensures the re-assessment process is fair and unbiased.

Fee : 15,000JPY (inclusive of tax)

Payment : Credit card

You can choose to have one or more parts of your test re-marked; however, the fee is the same regardless. This fee is refunded if there is an increase in score for the module(s) remarked. This process can take 2-4 weeks.

Please submit the "IDP-IELTS Change Request Form ". The test center will contact you via email with instructions on how to transfer the fee.

As for receipts, we basically do not issue paper receipts, so please check and print them by yourself by following the steps below.


Your booking confirmation email can serve as a receipt.


Log in with your username and password. When the "My Details" screen appears, click on the blue "Details" button in the lower right corner. The Payment Summary will show your name, test date, payment date, amount, and receipt number.

If you need a correspondence other than the above, please submit IDP-IELTS Request for Receipt Form.

  • Receipts will be sent as a PDF attachment to your email. If you need a paper receipt, please print it yourself.

  • We will send it to you within about one week.

  • If you’ve booked more than one test, please submit a new request for each test.
