Required only for students under 18 years old
If a student is under 18 years of age on the day of the test, the parent or guardian must complete the booking process.
A paper parental consent form on the day of the exam is no longer required. For test takers under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the booking process. Please see below for details.
