Additional Test Report Form

Your chosen institutions will specify how they prefer to receive your official IELTS results, Test Report Form (TRF): either through postal mail (paper TRF), or electronically (eTRF).

Paper TRF delivery (postal mail)

You may request up to five 5 additional copies of TRF to be sent to Receiving Institutions within 2 years after the tests are conducted for free of charge. More than 5 TRFs are subject to an extra fee (1,200 JPY for each TRF).

Fee and Postage

• Up to 5 additional copies of TRF: Free of Charge

• More than 5 additional copies of TRF: 1,200 JPY (inclusive of 10% tax)

• Postage for Registered Mail (EMS): 2,500 JPY (inclusive of 10% tax)

eTRF delivery (electronic)

Your chosen institutions will be notified electronically and will be able to verify your official results. Free of charge.

Computer-delivered (after 5 December 2023)

Paper TRF delivery (postal mail) : Please submit the IDP-IELTS Change Request Form.

eTRF delivery (electronic) : On your account, please select 'Notify Institutions' and proceed.
