Choose your desired test date, and you will be automatically redirected to the IDP booking site (English page).
2. Confirm the test date and time.
The booking screen differs depending to the format. For IELTS on paper, click here▶
Select the Speaking test time, click Reserve Now, and when the date and time for the 4 skills are confirmed, click Review Booking to confirm the details.
Important
(1) Please choose the speaking test time from 13:40 to 18:00 for Morning Session (LRW) , and from 9:00 to 13:00 for Afternoon Session (LRW) . If you have booked the wrong time, please contact the test center to change the time.
(2) Please note that the speaking test start time you have booked is not fixed. Please note that it is subject to change due to circumstances related to test administration. Please check the e-mail that will be sent to you before the test date.
(3) Please note that speaking test may be changed to a Videocall Speaking Test through a high-quality video call with an interviewer due to t operation circumstances on the test day.

Review the information and click on "Log in and complete your booking."
If you are logging in for the first time, create an account by entering the required information.
If you are a test taker under the age of 18, the following screen will appear. Parental Consent Form is required. If this is displayed, you must download and print the document, sign it, and submit it to the test center. Please follow the test center's instructions on how to submit the form.
3. Payment
Choose "Pay Online with Credit Card and convenience Store. You can choose to pay by credit card or convenience store. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
Important
”Pay offline" should only be selected if specifically instructed to do so by the test center. Details are at the bottom of this page.
For regular booking, "Pay offline" will not complete the payment and your booking may be canceled.
If you selected "Pay offline" by mistake, please click "Back to Payment Options" above to return to the previous page.
Credit card payment
Please follow the instructions on the screen to make your payment. When payment is completed, the following screen will be displayed.
Convenience Store Payment
A receipt number will be issued. The number cannot be reissued, so please be sure to take a screenshot or write down the number. Please pay the examination fee at the designated convenience store with the receipt number. A receipt number is valid for 24 hours. After that, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
However, if you apply close to the test date, the payment must be made by 23:59, three days before the test.
If you have forgotten your receipt number, please contact the test centre.
4. After payment is completed
You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder and complete your booking by entering the required information in the Review Details section.
If the test center has instructed you to select "Pay offline" in advance:
Choose "Pay offline".
The following screen will appear. Please follow the instructions to the final screen.
Once completed, you will see the following screen: Review Details and enter the required information to complete your booking.
How to enter your account information:
Click on My Profile and add all fields.
How to upload your passport image:
Click on "My Profile" and upload your ID details.
All required fields must be completed. Please be sure to bring your passport with you on the test day.
You wish to change your e-mail address:
The system is currently locked and cannot be changed. Please create a new account with a new or correct email address.
